Nestled within the vibrant, historic urban fabric of Spitalfields, this full internal fit-out transformed a newly renovated shell unit into a high-performance hospitality space. Situated on the ground floor of a characterful mixed-use building, the project demanded an approach that respected the building’s heritage while meeting the heavy technical demands of a modern restaurant with various cooking techniques.
Working as Executive Architects, our role focused on developing concept into execution. Collaborating closely with interior designers Fare Inc, we took their distinct aesthetic design vision and translated it into fully detailed, statutory-compliant architectural packages.
