Chelsea Mews House
A Renewed Calm Oasis and Saturated Palette in a Historic Setting
Tucked into a quiet Chelsea conservation area, this complete mews house transformation marries classic architectural proportions with a bold, expressive color palette. Working as executive architects alongside May Ping Design, the project breathes new life into this building—adding bold, yet subtle, expression to a timeless home anchored by understated detailing.
Bespoke joinery across the house combining classic craftsmanship with contemporary utility serves as a link between the spaces. New double French doors replacing former restricted openings, flood the main living space with daylight and establishing an effortless flow to the outdoors.
